Hello everyone,
I am seeking participants for a dissertation study focused on Latina/o Title V staff members who worked at community colleges affected by recent Title V funding loss and layoffs.
This study seeks to understand how participants make sense of and navigate their experiences related to program funding loss and layoffs within Title V programs. The study also aims to contribute to an understanding of how the loss of grant funding may affect support services for minoritized students at community colleges, as well as how policy changes within higher education are experienced by staff members.
To qualify, participants must:
• Identify as Latina/o
• Have worked in a Title V program at a community college
• Have experienced a layoff as a result of loss of funding
