Hello Megan, Your project sounds like a great way to help your campus scale up a powerful set of pedagogies and outcomes. I'm a practitioner/scholar of both ExL and teaching-focused faculty workshops. I'd be happy to discuss your project and I have immediate availability for engagement. My work on ExL in the provost's office at Michigan State University, doing faculty training at Malawi University of Science and Technology, and more recently, as a consultant and thought leader at an education technology firm are all directly related. We are embarking on a faculty development program at Whittier College (in SoCal)for a new piece of our curriculum centered around experiential learning and career readiness.
